PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an overspeed of a turbine, in a Rankine cycle system in which a rotating shaft of the turbine and an output shaft of an internal combustion engine are connected and disconnected.SOLUTION: A liquid phase refrigerant which is boiled in a refrigerant passage 12 of an engine 10 is partially changed to an air phase refrigerant. The air phase refrigerant is overheated by a superheater 18 which performs overheating by heat exchange with the exhaust emission of the engine 10, and becomes overheated vapor. The overheated vapor which passes through the superheater 18 is blown to a turbine 20, rotates the turbine 20, and after that, is condensed by a capacitor 24. The turbine 20 is connected to an output shaft 38 of the engine 10 by a power transmission route 36, and a clutch device 40 is arranged at the power transmission route 36. A turbine outlet valve 22 is arranged between the turbine 20 and the capacitor 24, and when the power transmission route 36 is blocked by the action of the clutch device 40, an ECU 70 closes the turbine outlet valve 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
