PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for creating active hydrogen water through photosynthesis, in water (HO), thereby purifying water.SOLUTION: An infrared ray LED and a condensation tool (condensation cover) are attached in a set, on a glass face side of a storage box in which one surface thereof is a glass. The same structure is separated by 3 cm to the above-mentioned structure, and the two structures face each other, and are attached to a grating-state fixing metal fitting. A power source is inserted into a receptacle of a leakage breaker (ELB) system which is additional to a body, and after confirming that a power source lump lights on, a conduction switch of the LED is turned on.
