A system level scheme for networking of implantable devices, electronic patch devices/sensors coupled to the body, and wearable sensors/devices with cellular telephone/mobile devices, peripheral devices and remote servers is described.

a. an implantable medical device comprising a processor and a battery; b. a remote monitoring system comprising of: a health data recorded by the implantable medical device and received by mobile device from the wearable device; and a server enabled for archival of the health data; associated with a user profile; and wherein the health data is enabled for remote access by a physician and assessed for trends.
