PURPOSE: A security payment system using the credit loan of wholesaler and a security payment method thereof are provided to strengthen the security of payment through the three step confirmation of member authorization, payment account authorization, and fingerprint information authorization. CONSTITUTION: A retailer terminal (110) recognizes a fingerprint of retailer using a fingerprint recognition module, purchases the product from the wholesaler, and pays for the product price. A wholesaler server (140) connects with a payment bank server (120) of the retailer to authorize the payment account of the retailer. The wholesaler server re-authorizes the retailer by comparison between the recognized fingerprint and fingerprint information registered in a fingerprint information database (150) and controls the payment bank server to pay for the product price. In case the balance of the payment account is insufficient, a credit loan provider server (160) determines credit loan and performs the payment of the retailer in real-time.
