PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a skin trouble from a groin portion to the root of a leg by making an absorber easy to move to the front and back together with a standing gather following the movement to the front and back of the leg.SOLUTION: A disposable paper diaper 1 includes: an absorbent body 10 for which an absorber 13 surrounded by an envelope sheet 14 is interposed between a stop sheet 11 and a waterproof sheet 12 and standing gathers BS are respectively formed on both side parts on a front surface side; and an exterior sheet 20 integrally provided on the outer surface side of the absorbent body 10. For the absorber 13, the isolation part 30 of the absorber 13 is formed along a diaper longitudinal direction at an intermediate part in a diaper width direction, which is a part corresponding to at least a crotch part of a wearer. Respectively for the top sheet 11, the waterproof sheet 12, the envelope sheet 14 and the exterior sheet 20, a stretchable means to be stretchable by receiving external force is executed at least to an area corresponding to the isolation part 30. |
