PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power sending device and a non-contact power sending/receiving system which are configured to avoid a charging stop and an efficiency drop due to the presence of an obstacle.SOLUTION: The non-contact power sending device includes: a power sending unit 220A for sending power to a power receiving device in a non-contact manner; and a displacement part 226A that is disposed on a surface of the non-contact power sending device opposed to the power receiving device and attracts attention by being dynamically displaced. Preferably, the non-contact power sending device further includes a cooling device 224 that generates a cooling air for cooling the power sending unit. The displacement part 226A is displaced with the wind force of the cooling air as power. More preferably, the displacement part 226A includes a rotor that is disposed at an exhaust port of the cooling air and is rotated by the wind force of the cooling air.
