PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator and a lithium secondary battery.SOLUTION: A separator including: a porous base material; and a coating layer containing an inorganic compound, a binder polymer and an organic-inorganic binder, and a lithium secondary battery including the separator are provided. The organic-inorganic binder may form chemical coupling with the organic compound and the binder polymer, and the inorganic compound and the organic compound may be compounded under a particle state. The lithium secondary battery has an excellent safety characteristic, so as to reduce manufacturing costs. |
