The operating part comprises a square section peg which can be engaged in the rollback's cavity. The peg carries a strip (5) at one end which is applied against the face of the leaf (6). The strip comprises two parts (5a,5b) each of which can move between a position in which it is applied against the leaf surface and a position in which it projects outwards from the surface to constitute an occasional operating part. The two parts of the strip are connected by an indentation (8) which forms a hinge enabling the two parts to be folded outwards.
