A holder is disclosed for supporting an article of the like container in a vehicle having a door with a window slidable in a gap defined between outer and inner panels of the door. The holder comprises a flap (14) for insertion into the gap between the window glass (18) and the inner door panel (16) and a top face having a hole (12) for receiving and retaining the article. When the holder is in use, the top face is held above the inner door panel, such that the weight of the article inserted into the hole in the top face is supported by the upper ledge (16) of the inner door panel. |
