A rod (7) is movably arranged in a longitudinally drilled portion (20) formed on the bearing bolt (2). The rod directly or indirectly acts upon the slotted clamping rings (3,4) at respective conical ends (13,14) of the bearing bolt using the force generated when the threaded portion (11) of a screw (10) mates with and is tightened to the threaded portion (9) at one end of the rod. The slotted clamping rings secure the conical ends of the bearing bolt to predetermined portions (17,18) of a machine part (19).
