PRESS MOLD WITH A COOLING DEVICE FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF AN OBJECT BY REDUCING OCCURRENCE OF CRACKS OF THE OBJECT

PURPOSE: A press mold with a cooling device is provided to prevent deformation of an object by mounting the cooling device capable of cooling a punch member of the press mold in real time and lowering the temperature of the press mold. CONSTITUTION: A press mold with a cooling device(30) comprises a lower die(10); a punch member(20) mounted to the upper side of the lower die in an ascending and descending state; the cooling device inserted in the punch member; and a blank holder(40) installed between the punch member and the lower die to clamp an object(11). The cooling device has coolers(31) inserted in the punch member and a cooling control part(33) installed near the coolers to give cooling force to the coolers.
