PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of whiskers after connector-fitting when a connector is fitted to the electroplated terminal part of a flexible flat cable, a flexible printed circuit board or the like for use, and to prevent the occurrence of an environmental problem by using a lead-free tin alloy in electroplating. SOLUTION: In a heat treatment method for a connector-fitted part, the terminal electroplated part obtained by using pure tin or a tin based alloy, of a flexible flat cable, a flexible printed circuit board or the like is fitted with a connector, and thereafter, heat treatment is performed at least at 100°C, wherein the electroplating is performed using a lead-free tin based alloy.
