<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized optical transceiver module with excellent reception sensitivity, which is used for optical communication over a metro optical network, an optical access network, an optical LAN or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an optical transceiver module including optical input/output and electric signal input/output interfaces, and the optical transceiver module comprises: a lens 1 for photo-coupling between the outside and the inside of the optical transceiver module; a wavelength separation means for separating transmission light and reception light of different wavelengths; a laser diode 4 for outputting the transmission light to the outside of the optical transceiver module by reflecting the transmission light at the wavelength separation means; a photo-diode 8 for optic/electric converting the reception light; a sub substrate 10 which fixes the photo-diode 8 and shields the laser diode 4 and the photo-diode 8 in an electromagnetic manner; and a fixing means for fixing the wavelength separation means 6 onto the sub substrate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
