<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavor decrease-suppressing agent in which problems, in a conventional technique were solved, having high safety and not having influence on flavor which foods, etc., have originally, namely to provide the flavor decrease-suppressing agent for suppressing decrease of flavor by influence of mainly light, further heat, oxygen, etc., in each step of production, distribution, storage, etc., of foods, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The flavor decrease-suppressing agent comprises luteolin-7-O-rutinoside in a solvent extract of a plant of the genus Mentha of the family Labiatae as an active ingredient.
