<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accommodation reservation system and an accommodation reservation method which makes it possible to fully check by referring to information on interiors, appointments, etc., of a stay room, without potential of abuse of room information on accommodations. <P>SOLUTION: The accommodation reservation system consists of a reservation surrogate apparatus and a database. In the database, subjective information and objective information are stored for every room of staying. Especially in the objective information, at least a formal room number and a tentative room number of each stay room are stored.
