<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruder-gear pump-assembly which is used for a wrapping technique or the like, and can eliminate the "jamming" of the extruder or the gear pump. <P>SOLUTION: This extruder-gear pump-assembly keeps an extruder and/or a gear pump 10 equipped with a cooling passage 18 as a part of a cooling apparatus 50.
