PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve the reliability of a fixing device and an image forming apparatus equipped with the same at extremely low cost. SOLUTION: A low heat radiation part 13 forming an uneven surface and high heat radiation parts 12 and 12 forming smooth surfaces are constituted in parallel in an axial direction. Consequently, the low heat radiation part 13 and high heat radiation parts 12 of a heat radiation roller 10c can easily be formed through low-cost surface processing, an axial temperature distribution of a pressure roller 10b is easily made uniform at low cost by selectively radiating heat of a non-paper-passing region which rises in temperature, and cleaning effect to scrape stains of toner sticking on the pressure roller 10c can be obtained at the same time by the low heat radiation part 13 having an uneven shape corresponding a paper-passing region.
