PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat insulation tube more excellent in heat insulation efficiency, which includes pipes through which hot and cold water pass for the purpose of cooling and heating. SOLUTION: The water flow pipes 11, 12 are arranged in an adiabatic element 13. A plurality of portions of the water flow pipes 11, 12 along the outer peripheries are supported by a plurality of projections 14 inwardly projecting from the adiabatic element.
