PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple separation method of a chylomicron (CM) being lipoprotein contained in blood. SOLUTION: In the method for separating the chylomicron (CM) by an anion exchange column by allowing an eluent 1 for adsorbing a lipoprotein fraction containing the chylomicron (CM) in blood and an eluent 2 for eluting CM, both of which are different in salt concentration to flow through the anion exchange column in this order, the salt concentration of the eluent 1 is 180-200 mmol/L and the salt concentration of the eluent 2 is 210-280 mmol/L.
