PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of preventing stop or start of an operation of a remote-controlled object by noise against user's will. SOLUTION: When rise or fall of an ignition switch signal IG_sig generated on an input line where second contacts 30b, 31b, 32b, 33b of ignition switches 6, 8, 11, 13 are connected with each other at their one ends, is detected by a switch state detecting means 61, a microcomputer 61 is switched from a stop mode to an operation mode. Here, when a signal transmitted just before is a stop signal, and Hi level of the IG_sig is not detected continuously two times at a prescribed period, a transmission control means 71 switches the microcomputer 61 to the stop mode and forbids transmission of a start signal.
