PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate knitting method enabling unfailing feed changeover of a plating yarn and a ground yarn without causing the lowering of productivity and the reversal of different kind yarns composed of a plating yarn and a ground yarn. SOLUTION: The knitting member to be used in the yarn feeding with a selectively driven yarn-feeding finger (13) of a feed yarn changeover device (12) to a knitting needle in a circular knitting machine having the feed yarn changeover device (12) for changing at least three knitting yarns is composed of a yarn carrier (11) and a yarn separation member (16). The yarn carrier (11) is provided with at least two yarn guide grooves (11P). The yarn separation member (16) separately guides the first yarn to the first guide groove (11P) of the above yarn guide grooves and the second yarn to the other second guide groove (11G) of the yarn guide grooves.
