Disclosed is a stocking, in particular a silk stocking with a health-care function, comprising a stocking body (1). The inside of the stocking body (1) is bonded with a stocking pad (2) via a bonding layer (3) corresponding to the position of a human heel and/or vola pedis. The stocking pad (2) comprises a base layer (22) and an elastic gel layer (21) fixed on the base layer (22). Colloidal particles or macromolecules of the elastic gel layer (21) are connected with each other, forming a spatial network structure, wherein irregularly dispersed gaps (211) are present in the structure, with the gaps (211) being filled with water. The stocking can keep feet warm for a long time, effectively regulate the humidity of air in a shoe, reduce damage to the skin of the foot caused by microorganisms and has a massaging function at the same time, thus relieving foot pain and oppression and promoting foot blood circulation; meanwhile, the gel layer has a lot of water stored therein and acts on the human skin with sustained-release effect, thus playing a moisturizing and skin care role and effectively preventing the occurrence of chapping. |
