Disclosed is an adjustment method for a downlink reference signal, comprising: acquiring a bit error rate for a terminal to receive data; obtaining a downlink channel quality according to the acquired bit error rate; comparing the obtained downlink channel quality with a set threshold value to obtain a comparison result; and setting a downlink reference signal according to the comparison result.
