摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a see-through electrode in which adhesion between a substrate and a low reflection layer is improved, a touch panel, a display device with touch position detection function, and a manufacturing method of the see-through electrode.SOLUTION: The see-through electrode comprises: a transparent substrate 33; an acrylic resin layer 35a provided on the transparent substrate; and a plurality of conductive patterns provided on the acrylic resin layer. The conductive pattern is composed of conducting wires 51 that are light-shielding conducting wires and arranged in a mesh-like manner so as to form openings between the conducting wires. The conducting wire 51 includes: a body layer 53 composed of a metallic material; and a low reflection layer 54 composed of copper nitride, arranged between the body layer 53 and the acrylic resin layer 35a. Between the low reflection layer 54 and the acrylic resin layer 35a, an adhesion layer 55 is interposed that is in direct and close contact with both the low reflection layer 54 and the acrylic resin layer 35a and contains Cu composing CuOH.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
