PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a fact that vibration and displacement occur in a cell culture container during cell culture and to utilize the fact in the analysis of a culture condition.SOLUTION: A measuring unit 120 is attached to a cell culture container 110 to accommodate cells to be cultured and a culture solution. The measuring unit 120 includes measuring parts 123-125 to measure information related to the cells and the culture solution, in a non-contact manner and a sensor 127 to detect at least one of a position, a posture, an impact and vibration.
