PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a well-balanced nonaqueous electrolyte solution which suppresses decomposition of a propylene carbonate and exhibits little deterioration in a high-temperature storage test, and to provide a lithium-ion secondary battery using the same.SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte solution according to the present invention contains a chain carbonate and a cyclic carbonate. The cyclic carbonate contains at least a propylene carbonate. The nonaqueous electrolyte solution also contains a predetermined glycol sulfate derivative and a fluoroethylene carbonate.
