PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform guidance of alignment between a power receiving part and a power feeding part with a simple structure, and also to reduce a burden on a driver in performing alignment between the power receiving part and the power feeding part.SOLUTION: A sensor 104 is provided around a power feeding part 140. A feeding side control part 103 starts the entire or a part of an area of the sensor 104, and detects that the started area has been trampled by the wheel of a vehicle 150. A power feeding side communication part 101 acquires steering angle information of the wheel, and notifies the result of such detection that the started area has been trampled by the wheel. The power feeding side control part 103 starts the area corresponding to a steering angle indicated by the steering angle information acquired by the power feeding side communication part 101.
