PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to avoid path concentration in a specific node in radio communication.SOLUTION: A path creation method is the one in a communication system including a first communication device arranged in plurality in each geographically divided area and a second communication device communicating by radio with each of the first communication devices. To ensure that each of the first communication devices belonging to an area will not have their radio channel numbers overlapping in the area, and that each of radio channel numbers will be assigned to at least one of the first communication devices in the area, any one of a plurality of radio channel numbers is assigned to each of the first communication devices in an area, the channel assignment being made for each area in this way. Radio channels used by the second communication device and each of the first communication devices synchronously for each radio channel number are switched in order, and while so doing, a path is created between the second communication device and each of the first communication devices to which the switched radio channel number is assigned. |
