PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a touch panel substrate with a cured film, which has a desired shape, excellent transparency and sufficiently low moisture permeability and sufficient rust preventing property even in a thin film state, a photosensitive resin composition to be used for the production method, a photosensitive element, and a touch panel obtained by the production method of a touch panel substrate with a cured film.SOLUTION: The production method of a touch panel substrate with a cured film includes: disposing a photosensitive resin composition layer comprising a photosensitive resin composition that contains a di(meth)acrylate compound having a dicyclopentanyl structure or a dicyclopentenyl structure, on a touch panel substrate; irradiating a predetermined portion of the photosensitive resin composition layer with active rays to cure; and then removing the photosensitive resin composition except for the predetermined portion to form a cured film of the photosensitive resin composition that covers a part of or the whole substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
