摘要 The present invention relates to a device for detecting a weight defect of a stick product. More specifically, an objective of the present invention is to include a single motor, a rotary shaft extended from the motor, a plurality of hoppers fixed in a longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft, and a load cell disposed below the hoppers to process the entire line as a defect if one of the weight values of a plurality of stick products is out of an error range to package the stick products in a bundle. To achieve the objective, the device for detecting a weight defect of a stick product comprises: a feeding unit (210); a selection unit (220) to measure a weight of each stick product transported downwards via the feeding unit (210) to determine whether the stick product is defective; a transport unit (230) disposed below the selection unit (220) to transport the stick product; and a control unit (240) to determine whether the stick product is defective to provide the selection unit (220) with the determination result. The selection unit (220) comprises: a motor (222) to generate a forward/reverse rotational force in response to a control signal of the control unit (240); a rotary shaft (224) to rotate in a forward/reverse direction by the forward/reverse rotational force of the motor (222); a plurality of hoppers (226) which are fixed in a longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft (224) and guide the stick product provided via the feeding unit (210) to be stably fed; and a load cell (228) disposed below the hoppers (226) to measure a weight of the stick product fed into the hoppers (226) to provide the control unit (240) with the weight.
