Disclosed is a data transmitting circuit for performing an emphasis with a preset level according to an operation mode, and reducing a skew between data synthesized for the emphasis during data transmission. The data transmitting circuit includes: a first data selection unit, by synchronizing with a clock, for alternately selecting data of first and second input lines to output the data as first driving data; a data delay unit, by synchronizing with the clock, for delaying the data of the first and second input lines to generate first and second delay data; a second data selection unit, by synchronizing with the clock, for alternately selecting the data of the first and second input lines to output as second driving data when set up as a first mode, and alternately selecting first and second inverted delay data, which are respectively inverted from the second and first delay data, to output as the second driving data when set up as a second mode; a first driving unit for driving an output line in response to the first driving data; and a second driving unit for driving the output line in response to the second driving data. |
