The present invention relates to a mutant microorganism having an ability to produce L-aspartic acid derivatives, in which a gene coding a glyoxalate shunt regulator and a gene coding fumarase are deleted, and a gene coding aspartase is overexpressed compared to wild-type strains, and a method for producing L-aspartic acid derivatives using the same. The present invention is capable of producing, by a biological method, various aspartic acid derivatives of L-alanine, 3-aminopropionic acid, threonine, 1,3-diaminopropane, lysine, methionine, 3-hydroxypropionic acid, cadaverin, 5-aminovaleric acid, etc. |
