PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain reproducibility of a control response even in the case of an application to a control target in that a set desired value is changed repeatedly and disturbance is applied repeatedly by suppressing overshooting of the amount of control.SOLUTION: A control device includes: a timing detection part 3 for detecting timing when an event for indicating a change in a set desired value SPor an event for indicating application of disturbance occurs as generation start timing of a track of a generated desired value SP; a target value track generation part 4 for determining a track of the generated desired value P when generation start timing of the track of the generated desired value SP is determined and outputting the generated desired value SP following the determined track at each control period; and a control operation part 5 for calculating the amount of operation MV for each control period by control operation with the amount of control PV and the generated desired value SP as input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
