摘要 The present invention relates to a waste plastic regeneration system which carries out crushing waste plastic, melt extruding waste plastic, followed by cooling, cutting and packaging. In the regeneration system, waste plastic extrudate discharged after melt extrusion is supplied to a cutting device by way of a cooler having a multiple cooling section. The cooler comprises: a casing; a partition disposed in the casing at a predetermined interval to form a cooling section, a shower instrument mounted to the top of the cooling section and supplying water downwardly, a water supplying line for supplying water to the shower instrument and having a connection hose connected to each shower instrument provided with an automatic control valve, a conveying roller mounted to the front side, rear side and partition of the casing for conveying the waste plastic extrudate, a drying blower mounted to the rear side of the casing for supplying air to the waste plastic extrudate, and a control section for controlling the shower instrument and automatic control valve. According to the present invention, it is possible to remove gases or water generated during the regeneration of waste plastic through a cooler having a multiple cooling section and to prevent generation of defects, such as air bubbles, on the surface of an injection product of waste plastic. It is also possible to improve the quality of a product.
