This secondary battery is provided with: a battery element 20 which comprises a positive electrode 30, a negative electrode 40 and a separator 60; and a film package 10. The melting point or the decomposition temperature of the separator is higher than the melting point of a thermally fusible resin layer by 50°C or more. In addition, at least a part of an active material layer 31, 41 of the positive electrode or the negative electrode and a thermally fusible resin layer 13 are bonded with each other by thermal fusion on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the battery element. |
