PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a differential gear which can suppress an increase in the length of a side gear, while keeping sealing performance.SOLUTION: A differential gear is equipped with: a side gear which has a case having a first inner peripheral surface configuring an opening portion, and a cylinder portion having a second inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface on the opposite side, positioning an end portion on one side in an axial direction in the opening portion, and capable of being rotated integrally with a drive shaft inserted from the one side in the axial direction, and a gear portion provided on other side in the axial direction of the cylinder portion; and a slinger which is integrally molded with an annular oil seal interposed between the first inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface and sliding with the outer peripheral surface, a press-in portion pressed in the second inner peripheral surface, and a flange portion extending from the end portion on the one side in the axial direction of the press-in portion to the outer side in a diametrical direction to cover one side in the axial direction of a sliding part of the oil seal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
