PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of circular steel pipes for a permeable dam, by which manufacturing can be performed in advance in a factory or the like easily at low cost and on-site connection work of constructing the permeable dam can be easily and quickly performed, and to provide sheath pipe joints used for the joint structure and the permeable dam using the joint structure.SOLUTION: Provided is a joint structure of circular steel pipes for a permeable dam, which intersects and joins the circular steel pipes (a steel pipe assembly 10) constituting the permeable dam 1 with each other. In the joint structure, portions where the plurality of circular steel pipes intersect with each other are externally fitted with sheath pipe joints S1-S6 each formed of plural pipe members having a diameter that externally fits to the circular steel pipe, to thereby join the circular steel pipes with each other. Further, the sheath pipe joints S1-S6 are each fitted to one of the plurality of circular steel pipes that intersect at the intersection portion and each include a stress transmission mechanism for transmitting stress to the other intersecting circular steel pipes. The sheath pipe joints join the circular steel pipes in such a manner that through the stress transmission mechanism, external force such as impact load, water pressure and soil pressure (silt pressure) acting on one circular steel pipe can be transmitted to the other intersecting circular steel pipes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
