PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate member for a touch panel sensor that prevents a complication and an increase in size of a manufacturing device, an increase in tact time, and an increase in manufacturing cost, and prevents foreign substances from being inserted into a space between a conductive pattern sheet and a protective film of the touch panel sensor.SOLUTION: An intermediate member 61 for a touch panel sensor is a conductive pattern sheet comprising: a substrate sheet 71 that includes an inspection area At for electrical inspection; and a conductive pattern that is provided on the substrate sheet 71.
