PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light deflector for generating ununiform light deflection within a cross section of a deflection beam capable of compensating ununiformity in deflection amount within the cross section of the deflection beam.SOLUTION: The light deflector has one or plural electrode structures constituted of two electrode pairs are disposed along a light path, in which, on a light beam path at the incident side of an electro-optic crystal base plate located on the surface of a base plate, a pair of electrodes having two electrodes being interposed by a light beam path, and on the light beam path at the opposite side of the base plate, a pair of electrodes having two electrodes is disposed being interposed by the light beam path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
