PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine management system capable of facilitating management of medicines, and a server for managing the medicines.SOLUTION: A medicine management system 100 comprises: a medicine management server 10 for managing pieces of medicine information; a medicine put-out machine 20 connected to the medicine management server 10 so as to communicate with the medicine management server freely; and a portable terminal 30 for reading the medicine, and sending positional information of the medicine and information of the medicine which is put out by the medicine put-out machine 10, to the medicine management server 10. The medicine management server 10 comprises a database 16, the database 16 comprises a use deadline of the medicine which is put out from the medicine put-out machine 10, or each medicine stored in the medicine put-out machine 10, a storage state of each medicine in the medicine put-out machine 10, a stock state of each medicine in the medicine put-out machine 10, information of presence/absence of use of the medicine which is put out from the medicine put-out machine 10, and positional information of the medicine which is put out from the medicine put-out machine 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
