PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately reduce ringing in association with a change in a command value depending on a type of a motor.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device has a plurality of pieces of data for defining a relationship between a duty change of a PWM wave and the time course when a command value of the PWM wave for driving a motor is changed. Accordingly, since the semiconductor integrated circuit device can select and use data suitable for a motor to be driven, ringing occurring when driving various types of motors can be prevented. |
