PURPOSE: A human body structure analysis system is provided to understand the structure of a human body using a string puppet, identify causes for the structural imbalance, find a muscle examination method and guide the medical treatment. CONSTITUTION: A human body structure analysis system using a string puppet model includes an agent (100) and a server (200). The agent helps a user to perform the modeling of a posture while looking at a modeling target in person and may include a posture acquisition unit (300) depending on the design requirements. The agent includes a user interface, a muscle length setting module, a posture setting module, and a pain point setting module, and a diagnosis confirmation module. The server includes a string puppet modeling module, a muscle analysis module, a posture analysis module, a cause analysis module, a guide presentation module, and an analysis database.
