PURPOSE: A camera rotating device of a mobile communication terminal is provided to comprise an elastic fixing unit for preventing a rotative camera combined with a terminal from freely rotating, thereby photographing an object while stably fixing the camera in a desired position at desired photographing angle, consequently an optimum image can be obtained. CONSTITUTION: A gear unit(36) is formed in circumferential direction of a camera(30). An elastic projection is located in a position corresponding to the gear unit(36) on a hinge arm(10) of a terminal. A rotative disc(34) is inserted into the hinge arm(10) on a front end of a hinge shaft(32). The gear unit(36) is formed along the girth of the rotative disc(34). The elastic projection consists of an elastic wing part(20) whose one end is connected to an inner side of the hinge arm(10) by being cut in square band type, and a fixing projection(22) formed on one side of the elastic wing part(20).
