METHOD OF AMPLIFYING HEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELL AND HEMATOPOIETIC PRECURSOR CELL

Means useful in an amplification culture system of hematopoietic cells (hematopoietic stem cells and hematopoietic precursor cells). In particular, there are provided a composition for amplification of hematopoietic cells (hematopoietic stem cells and hematopoietic precursor cells), comprising a recombinant human serum albumin; and a non-serum culture medium for amplification of hematopoietic cells, comprising a fundamental culture medium and a recombinant human serum albumin. Further, there are provided a method of amplifying hematopoietic cells characterized in that hematopoietic cells are cultured in a non-serum culture medium containing a recombinant human serum albumin; and a hematopoietic culture obtained by this amplification method.
