<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image supply system capable of managing photographers for respective areas and dispatching a designated photographer who is near a site for the photographing objects (a building, a scene, and various events) and has an empty schedule and quickly retrieving the photographing objects by taking a photograph and shortening a date of delivery and reducing costs. <P>SOLUTION: A photograph proxy service by nationwise registered photographer is provided for photographing a necessary image for a user (client) in cooperation with the client requiring an image. The client notifies of a location/an address of the photographing objects (a building, a land, a person, and a scene) necessary for the image and a date of delivery, and the image supply system places an order to a photographer who is the nearest to the site to be photographed and has an empty schedule, and transfers photographing conditions. The photographer transmits data to the image supply system via the Internet.
