PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus which outputs a control signal such as an AF signal for performing imaging using all pixels and simultaneously determining imaging conditions of the next imaging and an imaging apparatus system using the same. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus having a pixel part 100 in which a plurality of pixels with photoelectric conversion elements, a reset means of accumulated signals, a memory means of the accumulated signals and a transfer means of the accumulated signals to the memory signals are two-dimensionally arranged, and which outputs held signals of the memory means as pixel signals, includes: a package control circuit 103 which divides the pixel part into three areas A, B and C in the line direction and simultaneously performs reset and a transfer operation by unit of area; a vertical scanning circuit control part 102 and a vertical scanning circuit 101 which control an output order of the pixel signals by unit of time; a first horizontal reading circuit 104 which performs the reset of all the pixels and the transfer operation after desired accumulation time to output all the pixel signals and a second horizontal reading circuit 105 which periodically performs the reset and the transfer operation for the selected divided areas to output the pixel signals.
