<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concurrently perform sharing with minor modifications, when an on-vehicle communications device is shared between different vehicle lines, as well, as the cooling of a communication module. <P>SOLUTION: This communications device includes coaxial connector plugs 16, 17 mounted on a module substrate 14 of the communication module 13; coaxial connector jacks 20A, 20B separatably connected to the coaxial connector plugs 16, 17; and coaxial wires 21A, 21B connected with one ends thereof.
