<p>A dispensing apparatus having a container, a rotatable dispensing structure or spout assembly and a locking structure or cap. The spout assembly is rotatable between a closed position and an open dispensing position and the locking cap is slideable between a spout assembly restraining position and a release position. The container includes a pair of side grooves, a pair of side ledges and a lateral groove. The locking cap includes a pair of runners for engaging the container side grooves, a pair of rails for engaging the container side ledges and a lateral flange for engaging the container lateral groove.</p> |
