PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having high compatibility with both of epoxy resins and acrylic resins having radical polymerizability and useful as a raw material for industrial materials owing to the effect to prevent the contamination of a liquid crystal in the case of using as a raw material for a liquid crystal sealing agent.
