PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and grain supply device capable of quantitatively supplying powder and drain, without even causing abrasion or biting. SOLUTION: This powder and grain supply device has a casing C composed of the ceiling having an inlet of the powder and grain P on the upper end, having an outlet of the powder and grain on the lower end and extending in the radial direction from the inlet and a cylindrical side wall connected to the ceiling and surrounding a pan, the pan D rotatably fixed in the casing C so that a rotary shaft becomes vertical, having an inner peripheral surface parallel to the rotary shaft or having an angle less than 90 degrees with respect to the rotary shaft and positioning the upper edge outside in the radial direction of the lower edge of the inlet, and a driving source rotatingly driving the pan D, and is characterized in that the pan D desirably has a crest with the rotational center as a top position.
